Managing risk under construction contracts is a constant challenge — and one that can have serious financial implications if not handled carefully. This theme was at the heart of our recent seminar, “Avoiding Costly Risks in Construction Contracts,” held in London and Bristol, where professionals from across the industry joined us to explore how to anticipate, manage, and reduce contractual risk on live projects.
Drawing on our experience in resolving construction disputes, adjudications and claims, we examined how lessons learned in disputes can be applied proactively at contract stage and throughout project delivery.
It was great to engage in so many valuable conversations with attendees who shared their experiences and challenges from real projects that helped us to explore how risk is best managed in practice.
